The Pinnacle Awards
The Pinnacles - the best of BOMA/NY, the best of our city. Each year these awards have increasingly come to symbolize what we do best - to our tenants, our clients and the City of New York at large. And each year, within the BOMA International community, New York climbs the pinnacle with greater success as our local awardees win their categories at the local and international competitions.
Though we have been recognizing excellence through an awards process for many than 30 years, five years ago we pledged to raise New York\'s awards profile on the Regional and International levels. A major step was to require the entry binders, which serve as the judging standard for the Regional and International levels, as our local criteria as well.
