Yankee Stadium Plaque Restoration

Metal Man Restoration has been contracted to restore the following Grand Concourse Plaques which were donated by the City of New York to honor Babe Ruth (Babe Ruth Plaza) and Lou Gehrig (Lou Gehrig Plaza).   These plaques were located a stone throw away fromYankee Stadium (Babe Ruth Plaza Is Directly Behind Yankee Stadium See Attached Photo Below)(Lou Gehrig Plaza on East 161st Street See Attached Photo Below).

The Plaques listed above resemble what they look like today in poor condition and with a tremendous amount of paint and damage from the years of neglect and vandelism.

Listed above are pictures of the plaque in the current condtion.  These plaques will be going threw a major transformation which they are going to be restored to the original conditon (oxidized bronze finish).
